Product description
Wakeboard — Ronix — 2026
Who this is for
Intermediate to advanced riders who want one board that handles everything — laid-back freeride sessions on Okanagan Lake, aggressive wake-to-wake jumps, and everything in between. The District doesn’t ask you to pick a style. It adapts to you.
The board
The 2026 Ronix District is the chameleon of conforming wakeboards. Ronix took one of their best-selling all-purpose shapes and made it lighter, giving it more feedback and noticeably softer landings — without changing what makes it work. The secret is the hybrid rocker. Approach the wake flat and you get a strong, explosive 3-stage-style lift that launches you vertically. Approach on edge and the rocker blends into a smooth, continuous feel with an uninterrupted, fast take-off and landing. Distribute your weight evenly and you get a floaty, freeride feel. Shift to the tail for hairpin turns and quick edge transitions. No other board in this price range offers that kind of range — and it makes the District the ideal all-season board for the variety of conditions you’ll see on Okanagan and Kalamalka Lake from early June through September.
What makes it work
Hybrid Rocker — Two Boards in One
The hybrid rocker sits between a continuous and a 3-stage, blending both in a single arc. Approach flat for explosive vertical pop; approach on edge for a smooth, fast release. It’s the reason the District works equally well for the rider who wants hangtime and the one who prefers long, carving cuts across Okanagan Lake.
Style-Adaptive Feel
Even weight distribution gives a floaty, playful freeride feel. Shift weight to the tail and the board snaps through hairpin turns. It’s genuinely rare for one board to cover this much ground without compromising either end of the spectrum — the District does it through the shape of its outline and the blended rails that provide grip without being punishing.
Lighter Modello Core — More Feedback
The 2026 District is lighter than its predecessor, with Modello Core construction delivering more feel from the water and noticeably softer landings. A Low Friction Base keeps glide speed high through the flats. Less swing weight in the air means easier grabs, smoother spins, and less strain on a long afternoon set.
4× 1.0” Ramp Fins
Ramp fins are Ronix’s purist fin — a clean ride with minimum turbulence and precise edge hold for powerful cutbacks. At 1.0” they give you enough hold to drive through the wake aggressively while keeping transitions quick and the overall feel light and responsive.

Weight ranges overlap between sizes. Lighter, more aggressive riders often size down for quicker edge transitions; heavier or more casual riders may prefer sizing up for more surface area and a more relaxed ride. Not sure? Come in and we’ll help match you to the right size.
