Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING OVER $150

We provide free shipping via Canada Post on most orders over $150 (before taxes) within Canada. However, there are restrictions for sale and oversized items.

• Courier shipping (like Purolator) will incur additional fees.
  • We cover the first $50, but any amount over that is charged to the customer.
• If you return an eligible order, the shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee.

SHIPPING UNDER $150

Shipping rates for orders under $150 start at $9.99 for regular ground service with Canada Post.

SHIPPING CLEARANCE & OVERSIZED

Shipping rates are calculated based on size and distance to destination.

Clearance items with discounts 30% or greater ARE NOT eligible for free shipping.

Oversized items with dimension exceeds 100 cm (39.4 inches), or if two dimensions exceed 76 cm (30 inches), will be charged additional shipping costs.

Picking & Packing Orders

All standard orders will ship within 2-5 business days from date of purchase. All orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped. Please remember we are a small business; we strive to provide great customer service and deliver your packages as quickly as possible.

CANADA POST

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. General shipping timelines is approximately 2-8 days for regular service. Once your item has been shipped the speed in which it is delivered is out of our control. You will be provided with tracking information as soon as it is available. 'Attridge' is not responsible for any packages that are shipped using an un-tracked method.

EXPEDITED/XPRESS POST

Expedited & Xpress Post options are available for an additional fee, extra charges will apply. If you require a rush order or would like to use an alternative delivery service please contact us at [email protected] for more information.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Free local pick-up is available at our shop location in Vernon, BC. Orders will be available for pick-up the following business day. Please note that orders placed on weekend or holidays will not be available until the first regular business day. Once your order is ready for pick-up you will be notified via email. Please ensure you have your order number and details available when picking up at the store.

If you select the local pick-up option and live outside the Okanagan area, your order will not be sent until you provide payment for the necessary shipping option.

We currently only ship within Canada.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

All shipments refused by the purchaser for delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition to the associated shipping costs.

Return Policy

In order to return an item please email us [email protected] with your order number to receive a confirmation. Returns may be accepted for exchange, store credit and refund and must be made within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns that are missing tags or that are damaged will not be processed and will not be returned to sender.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you return an item that received free shipping, the shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Important
Due to the sanitary reason, swimwear, underwear, sunscreen and lip balm are not qualified for refund or exchange. Additionally, gift cards are not eligible for refund or store credit. Please make sure your name and mailing address are correct before check out. We are not responsible for incorrect name and mailing address. Client is responsible for additional cost for reshipping.
