We want getting gear from Attridge to be as easy as possible. Free shipping on most orders over $150, local pickup available in Vernon, and a straightforward returns process if something isn't right.
Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Processing & delivery times
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase
- All orders must be paid in full before shipping
- Canada Post regular service typically takes 2–8 business days after dispatch
- Tracking information is provided as soon as it is available
- Once dispatched, delivery timelines are outside our control
- Attridge is not responsible for packages shipped via untracked methods

Free local pickup — Vernon, BC
Prefer to pick up in store? Local pickup is free at our Vernon location. Orders are typically ready the following business day — orders placed on weekends or holidays will be ready on the next regular business day. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please have your order number available when you arrive.
Note: if you select local pickup but live outside the Okanagan, your order will not be dispatched until shipping payment is arranged.
Special orders
Don't see what you're looking for? We may be able to order it in — at no extra cost. Contact us at [email protected] with the item details and we'll check availability and estimated lead time.
Refused shipments
Orders refused at delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the associated return shipping costs.
Returns
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return conditions
- Returns accepted within 30 days of the order date
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Items missing tags or showing signs of use will not be processed and will not be returned to sender
- All discounted merchandise is final sale
Refund options
Eligible returns may be processed as an exchange, store credit, or refund — your choice.
Shipping charges on returns
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Processing time
Returns are processed within 1–3 business days of arriving at our store. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund on your statement.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene or policy reasons:
- Swimwear and underwear
- Sunscreen and lip balm
- Gift cards
| A note on addresses — please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address, and the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility. |
