The Vantum is a directional, standard-camber all-mountain board ridden in a traditional length, and a great pick for intermediate and advanced riders who want a responsive, stable ride that isn't overpowering. |

RIDE calls the Vantum the all-mountain board of the future, and the headline feature backs it up. The new Urethane Channel is a set of milled-out sections in the nose of the core, filled with the same kind of urethane RIDE uses in its Slimewalls, and it keeps the nose stable and chatter-resistant in the choppiest conditions. Underfoot, directional standard camber uses a slight traditional camber zone for a responsive feel that stays stable for takeoffs, landings, and everything in between without being overpowering. A tapered quadratic sidecut blends three radii for turn initiation and exit with plenty of grip, and combined with Roll-In Construction it keeps the board quick edge to edge and floating in deep snow. Zonal Carbon Rails transfer power directly to the contact points. Unlike some of RIDE's more shape-shifted boards, the Vantum is meant to be ridden in a traditional length, so you size it the way you always have. It's built for groomers at Silver Star, side hits in the trees, and the chop and pow that Big White and Revelstoke dish out when the weather turns.
