⚡ THE ATTRIDGE FIT TIP: LOCK IT DOWN

A helmet only works if it stays in place during an impact.

• The Shake Test: Put the helmet on and shake your head side-to-side. If the helmet shifts significantly, it’s too big. It should feel like a firm, consistent "hug" all the way around.

• Level Headed: The helmet should sit level on your head, roughly two finger-widths above your eyebrows. If it’s tilted back, your forehead is exposed.

• Strap Check: You should be able to fit one finger between the strap and your chin. Any looser, and the helmet could fly off during a hard crash on Okanagan Lake.
