The Follow Safety First Helmet is built for the rider who wants protection without the "mushroom head" look. Itās a clean, minimalist helmet that focuses on a slim silhouette and a lightweight feel. Whether you're hitting features at the cable park or learning new rotations on Kalamalka Lake, the Safety First provides the impact resistance you need. Unlike bulky traditional helmets, Follow utilizes a High-Density ABS Shell paired with a specialized Dual-Density EVA Liner to keep the overall profile as low as possible.
Comfort is king during a long Vernon summer, which is why the Safety First features a soft-touch internal lining and a secure, adjustable strap system. It is specifically designed for water sports, meaning the liner won't get heavy when wet and it dries quickly between sessions. Itās the "no-excuses" helmet for the Okanagan rider who values their head as much as their style.
CE Approved (EN 1385): Fully certified for water sports safety, ensuring high-standard impact protection for wakeboarding and surfing.
Low-Profile Design: Engineered to sit lower on the head for a more natural look and reduced wind resistance during high-speed sets.
High-Density ABS Shell: A rugged, impact-resistant outer shell that stands up to the daily abuse of the boat rack and the cable park.
Dual-Density EVA Liner: Absorbs impact energy while maintaining a soft, comfortable fit against the head.
Soft-Touch Webbing: High-quality chin straps that won't chafe or irritate the skin when wet.
ā” THE ATTRIDGE FIT TIP: LOCK IT DOWN
A helmet only works if it stays in place during an impact.
The Shake Test: Put the helmet on and shake your head side-to-side. If the helmet shifts significantly, itās too big. It should feel like a firm, consistent "hug" all the way around.
Level Headed: The helmet should sit level on your head, roughly two finger-widths above your eyebrows. If itās tilted back, your forehead is exposed.
Strap Check: You should be able to fit one finger between the strap and your chin. Any looser, and the helmet could fly off during a hard crash on Okanagan Lake.
Note: This is a Water Sports Only helmet (Not for bike, skate, or snow).
Certification: CE Approved EN 1385 (Water Sports Standard)
Shell: High-Density ABS
Liner: Waterproof Dual-Density EVA
Venting: Integrated air vents for drainage and cooling
Safety Note: Replace any helmet that has sustained a significant high-speed impact.
