3-Person Lay-Down Towable Tube ā Radar
Who this is for
Teenagers and anyone who wants to get launched on Okanagan Lake. The Liftoff is a lay-down deck tube ā youāre riding prone, low to the water, with nothing but speed and side bolsters between you and the next big wipe-out. Our recommendation for riders who think getting tossed off is part of the fun.
The tube
The Radar Liftoff is an oversized deck tube built for three riders lying prone ā and the combination of its Spoon-O-Vation shape and generous surface area means you can carry serious speed through turns before the whip sends you airborne across Okanagan Lake. The Marshmallow soft top is Radarās cushy top skin that replaces old-school neoprene padding ā softer, more comfortable, and better for those moments when the tube catches you rather than the water does. Side bolsters on both edges keep riders from sliding off mid-run, six handles give you options for whatever grip position feels right, and the heavy-duty 840D nylon cover over a 30-gauge PVC bladder is built to take a beating over many seasons of use.

Lay-Down Style ā Liftoff, Astro & Sunset 3/4
The wild ride. Riding prone puts you low to the water and makes every turn more intense. Our recommendation for teenagers and thrill-seekers who want to get launched. We also carry the Radar Astro and HO Sunset 3 & 4.
Sit-Down Style ā Laguna, 2G/3G & Radar Chase 3
Better for younger kids, older adults, or anyone who wants a fun but more controlled ride. Sitting upright gives riders more stability and makes it easier to hang on through turns on Okanagan Lake.

What makes it work
Spoon-O-Vation Shape
Radarās Spoon-O-Vation outline gives the Liftoff a scooped deck profile that holds riders in position and channels speed from the boat into the tube efficiently. The oversized surface area gives three prone riders room to spread out and carry speed through turns before the whip picks up.
Marshmallow Soft Top
Radar replaced traditional neoprene padding with their Marshmallow soft top skin ā a cushy, comfortable surface thatās much easier on arms, chests, and faces than a hard nylon deck. When youāre lying prone on Kalamalka Lake for extended runs, the difference in comfort is immediately noticeable.

Side Bolsters + 6 Handles
Side bolsters on both edges keep riders from sliding off during hard cuts and whips on Okanagan Lake. Six handles give riders options for grip position depending on where theyāre sitting and how hard the driver is pushing it. More handles means everyone can get a proper hold before things get wild.

840D Nylon + 30-Gauge PVC Bladder
The Liftoff is built from 840-denier nylon over a 30-gauge PVC bladder ā heavy-duty materials that handle the repeated abuse of aggressive tubing sessions and long Okanagan summers. Quick-connect tow attachment clips to your rope fast, and a Boston valve handles inflation and deflation without fuss.
