Expanded Backcountry Capacity. Full Backpanel Entry & Technical Alpine Organization.
When full-day touring and technical backcountry missions demand extra gear, extra layers, and extra safety equipment, the Dakine Heli Pro 26L Backpack steps up to deliver maxed-out storage without added bulk. Building on the iconic utility of the classic Heli Pro series, this 26-liter technical daypack provides the extra volume needed for extended ridge hikes, sidecountry bootpacks, and heavy-duty winter commutes.
Designed with direct rider feedback, the Heli Pro 26L features full main-compartment backpanel zip entry—allowing you to quickly access extra layers, food, or tools at the bottom of your pack without unstrapping your skis or board. It comes equipped with versatile vertical/horizontal snowboard carry and A-frame/diagonal ski carry systems, alongside a dedicated front avalanche safety pocket. Made from heavy-duty 100% recycled polyester, it gives backcountry skiers and riders complete organizational control in big-mountain terrain.
Expanded 26-Liter Storage: Generous volume holds extra mid-layers, skins, hydration, thermoses, and backcountry safety gear for full-day mountain objectives.

Dedicated Avalanche Safety Pocket: Quick-access front sleeve organizes your shovel, probe, and snow-testing equipment for rapid emergency deployment.

Ergonomic Load Distribution: Features padded quick-dry mesh shoulder straps, a padded backpanel, an adjustable sternum strap with a rescue whistle, and a webbed waistbelt.
Durable Recycled Fabric: Constructed with 100% recycled polyester and a water-repellent finish to resist sharp metal edges, ice, and mountain weather.
